Shipping policy

🚚 shipping & postage 

As all our products are Printed in House on Demand. Orders are generally fulfilled in 2-4 business days. Please allow up to 10 days from time of order to final delivery. All deliveries are performed by Australia Post.

• Return shipping to Identity Apparel is the customer's responsibility (we don't refund return postage costs), unless the item was incorrectly processed by us (see below).

• We do not refund any shipping fees paid on the original order.

• For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost to send your exchanged item back to you.

We strongly recommend returning your item via registered post or a tracked courier, as Identity Apparel is not responsible for items lost in transit.
